What I offer you is holistic counselling in which we take all areas of your life into account. Together we will work out your personalised plan to make eating and exercise fun and enjoyable
again. This will make you feel good all over again.
We will discuss your diet together so that you can eat consciously and with pleasure without having to go without and feel better, fitter and healthier as a result. Of course, this won't happen
overnight - but it can be done with fun, exercise and relaxation!
